What we do

Everything a site needs, from the first visit to the signed handover.

We install and support the active equipment on mobile operator networks, and build the site infrastructure that carries it. Below: the technologies we deliver, the services inside that work, and the sequence every project follows. An operator can contract a single service or the whole chain under one scope.

01 — Technology

What we work on.

Microwave link installation

We take a microwave link through its whole life cycle: survey and path assessment, design, installation of antennas and radio units, alignment, measurement, acceptance and documented handover. This is the work we do most of.

  • Path survey and feasibility
  • Link design
  • Antenna and ODU/IDU installation
  • Alignment and commissioning
  • Performance measurement and acceptance
  • Upgrades and capacity changes

5G and LTE radio installation

Installation work on mobile base station sites: antennas, 5G and LTE radio units, the equipment at the foot of the mast, and the cabling between them.

  • 5G NR and LTE radio unit installation
  • Antenna installation and replacement
  • Base station equipment
  • Feeder and power cabling
  • LTE-to-5G upgrades and swaps
  • Integration support

Telecom infrastructure

The passive side of a site. Masts, structures, housings, power and earthing — the parts that have to be right before a radio unit or a microwave antenna goes up.

  • Civil works and foundations
  • Masts, towers and structures
  • Shelters, cabinets and housings
  • Power supply and distribution
  • Earthing and lightning protection
02 — Project delivery

Every project runs the same eight stages.

The disciplines above are the work. These are the order it happens in, and one project manager carries the programme through all eight.

01

Scope

The operator's requirement, locations, volumes and deadline, agreed in writing before anything else.

  • Scope and volume agreed
  • Locations confirmed
  • Deadline and milestones set
02

Survey

Site visits that establish what exists, what is reachable and what will get in the way.

  • Site and route survey
  • Existing infrastructure recorded
  • Access and constraints logged
  • Feasibility confirmed
03

Design

The technical design and the drawings the site will actually be built from.

  • Radio and network design
  • Site engineering
  • Implementation drawings
  • Bill of quantities
04

Permitting

The approvals the build needs, prepared, submitted and followed up.

  • Authority coordination
  • Submission and follow-up
  • Construction prerequisites cleared
05

Construction

Civil and structural work, carried out to the operator's specification.

  • Civil works
  • Foundations and structures
  • Cabling and containment
  • Reinstatement
06

Installation

Equipment mounted, connected and brought into the network.

  • Antennas and radio units
  • Microwave links
  • Equipment and power
  • Configuration and integration support
07

Testing

Measurement and acceptance against the agreed specification, with faults closed out.

  • Technical testing
  • Link verification
  • Acceptance procedure
  • Issue resolution
08

Handover

The paperwork that lets the operator take the site over and operate it.

  • As-built documentation
  • Test records
  • Site documentation
  • Formal handover
